After decades of representing several of Southwest Florida’s most respected builders. The managing partners of Schooner Bay Realty became determined to own and operate their own building company. To undertake this task they searched out the market place for a contractor partner who shared their same business values of client first, integrity in all dealings, and quality above profit. The search led them to Richard Christiaens owner and operator of one of Southwest Florida’s largest disaster clean up, restoration, reconstruction, and remodeling companies. From this pairing the group established Schooner Bay Builders.
